HUB AND MARKET MODEL
IPF Digital structure is based on the concept of a wheel. Our market-based teams focus on supporting local customers and are referred to as the spokes of the wheel. We then have our hub teams who support all of our market-based teams (or spokes) providing smart global services. For the wheel to operate effectively you need the hub and spoke (market) to be aligned and working together.
HUB
Our hub teams are made up of functional specialists that provide global solutions and services for our market teams. Our hub teams consist of Marketing, IT, HR, Credit Risk & Fraud, Legal and Compliance, Repayments, ,Finance and Customer Operations
MARKET
Our Market teams (spokes) tend to be based in the geographical market location of the customers they support and the roles are focused on Customer Care and processing, Marketing, Finance, and Sales.
