They explore marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, defining the market and competitor's strengths and weaknesse and constantly analyzing multidimensional performance.

This team is responsible for defining the IPF Digital Branding strategy and then ensuring that there are effective plans and processes to bring this to life in all of the markets we operate. The area of responsibility for this team is supervising the IPFD consumer brand strategy (Creaditea, Credit24).

Operational Excellence for Digital Marketing team occurs through accomplishment in marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs as well as through networking and building the key external network to ensure that IPFD is aware of all external developments around technology, practices, thinking and techniques linked to customer payment behaviour patterns.
