Always looking for smart, centralized solutions and international synergies, the team explores growth opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, analyzing market trends and competitors, and leveraging data-driven insights to deliver innovative, scalable, and competitive solutions.

Digital Marketing
Operational Excellence for Digital Marketing team occurs through accomplishment in marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs as well as through networking and building the key external network to ensure that IPFD is aware of all external developments around technology, practices, thinking and techniques linked to customer payment behaviour patterns.

CRM Performance
The CRM Team has a challenging and ever-evolving role to play when it comes to optimizing our customers' experience with IPFD. They are taking ownership of all of the communication that we send to our customers through SMS, email, in-app banners, and push notifications. To ensure all that remains at the top level all insights are meticulously analyzed (customer feedback, conversion rates, or 2-way SMS responses). This team is working on defining and adjusting all leading indicators of the customer journeys and, along with country marketing managers, is continuously improving the results in this field. As data is the central point of any CRM Team’s decision-making, they are also the experts on our customers' profiles/personas.
