Credit Risk Manager
Credit Risk | Global Collaboration | Data-Driven Decisions
About the Job
You'll be responsible for driving profitable customer growth while managing credit, fraud, and operational risk — keeping business performance and customer experience in balance.
The role sits across risk, credit, and operations, with regular collaboration with colleagues in Australia and other international markets.
You'll have real input into decisions, and the work has clear, measurable impact.
Here’s how you’ll put your skills into action
Shaping and owning credit risk strategy: Design and evolve end-to-end credit strategy for our digital business — balancing growth, profitability, and responsible lending. Apply a test-and-learn approach, adapting strategies in line with performance and business needs.
Data-driven decision making: Analyse performance data to identify risks and opportunities across the credit lifecycle. Translate insights into clear actions, and oversee rules, models, scorecards, and decision systems in collaboration with the global credit hub.
Customer-centric, digital-first thinking: Shape a frictionless acquisition journey while maintaining strong credit quality. Balance innovation, scalability, and customer experience in all risk-related decisions.
Leading operations and partnerships: Own underwriting and collections strategy and operations, ensuring quality and efficiency. Manage relationships with external partners (e.g. credit bureaus, collections, data providers) and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders.
We also know that experience counts – and we believe that the following can support your success
Solid experience in credit risk management within digital lending or financial services, with a strong understanding of consumer credit regulations.
Hands-on experience with credit policies, decisioning and scoring (including analytical work and SQL).
Ability to translate data into decisions — strong analytical thinking and comfort working with complex datasets.
Experience working with external partners (e.g. credit bureaus, data providers) and influencing diverse stakeholders.
Confidence operating in an international, cross-functional environment (English required).
Nice to have skills that will help you thrive in this role
Experience in collections, underwriting or fraud management.
Exposure to big data or advanced credit scoring techniques.
Familiarity with credit risk tools, systems and decision engines.

From office life
Company parking where you can book a parking place.
Weekly team lunches – enjoy vouchers to nearby restaurants (yes, sushi included!).
Brand new office in a prime location – Gdański Business Center in Warsaw, just 5 minutes from Dworzec Gdański metro station. Inside: 3 types of coffee, ping pong, and a chillout room. Tempted?
Flexibility is not a buzzword – hybrid work model (2 days a week at the office) and flexible hours are our standard, not a perk.
