Compliance
The Compliance teams continuously monitor current key controls and redefines & optimises key control activity to be performed across the regulated business, driving standardisation where possible – this requires thinking of scale and effective processes. They also work with other members of IPF Digital and IPF Group to devise the controls where gaps are identified and make sure they are embedded – this requires a can-do attitude to make things happen. They drive the ownership of key control activity into the right management positions to enhance risk culture – this requires assertiveness and transparency. Together and with the support of the management positions, Compliance teams drive the ownership of 1st line controls – this requires assertiveness and the ability to work with people.
