Our job is to help people to be the best they can be through creative and meaningful development, treating people like individuals, with genuine care and interest and identifying smart solutions that can help people to be as effective as possible and deliver for the business. How we communicate and engage with our people is part of what creates and shapes our culture so communication, together with safety and wellbeing of our people also falls under the responsibilities of our team so we have specialists in our team who can lead on these areas.

Office Administration
As part of our “People First” culture, our HR team takes care not only of talent and organizational culture, but also of ensuring that our office environment and daily operations run smoothly. We are responsible for effective office management and for supporting other departments according to current needs.
