The goal of the Customer Excellence team is to be innovative and develop current customer care-related processes to obtain customer excellence. They make sure that any problems are assessed and improvements and amendments to the process are introduced. The most important part of their job is to ensure high-quality standards and customers satisfaction by looking for best practices, learning from each other, and seeking perfect solutions for our customers.
To understand customers’ expectations and be able to balance the best solutions for both: the customer and the company, they are seeking every opportunity to deliver high levels of customer service in handling transactions, administering processes connected to the loan application, and dealing with the repayments.
