UX / UI Web / Mobile Designer
About Team
You’ll join our global Product Innovation Hub, working across multiple markets to shape the digital face of our fintech services. The team thrives on creativity, collaboration, and impact: we design web-experiences that reach customers in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Mexico, and Australia.
This role can be based in Warsaw, with responsibility for initiatives across all IPF Digital operations and markets.
Here’s how you’ll put your skills into action:
User Experience Design: Lead the design of intuitive web journeys, ensuring that self-service and onboarding flows are clear, engaging, and drive cross-sell opportunities.
Interface & Visual Design: Craft high-quality UI using tools like Figma and design systems that scale across markets and platforms, ensuring brand and functional consistency.
Research & Testing: Conduct user research, usability testing, and analytics to validate design decisions and continuously improve performance and satisfaction.
Collaboration with Engineering: Partner closely with developers, using your knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design to ensure your designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
Design Systems Management: Build and maintain design systems that enable rapid deployment of web and native app features, while preserving visual and functional coherence.
Communication and language skills: Communicate confidently and clearly in both Polish and English, adapting your language and style to suit diverse audiences. You’ll facilitate collaboration across international teams, ensuring shared understanding and smooth delivery across markets.
We also know that experience counts – and we believe that the following can support your success:
You’ve worked for at least 3–5 years in UX/UI or web design, ideally within digital products, financial services, or self-service platforms.
You have solid experience building and managing design systems and prototypes in Figma or similar tools.
You’ve carried out user research, usability testing, and used analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, GA4) to derive insights and influence design outcomes.
You’re familiar with basic web technologies (HTML, CSS) and understand how design will be translated into front-end implementation.
You thrive in an international, hybrid-work environment, can work autonomously, and enjoy contributing across multiple markets.
Our hiring approach
As part of our skills-first recruitment process, you will be asked to complete a practical work challenge. This gives you a chance to showcase your skills, your way of thinking, and your problem-solving approach – beyond what’s on your CV.
In the next steps, we’ll focus on getting to know you better through conversations around culture fit and soft skills, to ensure we’re a great match for each other.
What can we offer you?
Real opportunities for growth – enjoy access to a variety of internal learning and external development initiatives (from online learning to global learning festivals).
A fully free mental health platform with access to certified professionals: psychologists (including child psychologists), dietitians, business coaches, and physiotherapists.
Relaxed team integrations – kayaking, cycling, workshops, team outings… we enjoy spending time together, and we make it happen regularly.
Move your body, clear your mind – you can use a Multisport card or take advantage of private health-care coverage.
A truly international environment – we collaborate with teams from Mexico to Australia. Sounds exciting? That’s just our everyday reality.
