In IPFD, we operate a hub-and-spoke model - with the spokes being the market-based teams and the hub being the functional teams that work globally to support markets. The IPF Digital office in Poland is the home for our global functional Hub teams.

They power daily operations across the business, using their understanding of our performance parameters and trends to ensure appropriate measures are in place to facilitate success. Finance team also cares about controlling and banking processes to ensure that our customers can get seamless finance services.

This team protects our business and our customers, ensuring that we are a responsible finance services provider. The role of the credit risk function is to improve the product/customer fit and business process efficiency. The team also places great importance on being able to create shorter and smother credit onboarding for our customers, which combined great process optimization and making full use of advanced fin-tech tools.
Fraud prevention and Anti-money laundering unit advises and assures that the business protects itself. Responsible to ensure controls are in place and operated properly to mitigate risk of fraud and money-laundering across the organization to make IPF Digital trusted advisor to our customers.

This team is responsible for driving business growth through the creation, communication and delivery of a product offering that brings real value to customers. They do that through implementing a variety of initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive new customer acquisition and customer retention.

This team has the vital role of ensuring the business remains operational and profitable by recovering overdue payments. Everyone in the team remains calm, respectful and customer focused, determined to provide a helpful service so customers stay up to date with their account.

Our legal and compliance teams provide an effective legal service to the IPF Digital group, helping to identify, manage and mitigate legal and regulatory risk. They make sure that all client rights and obligations are implemented, communication addressed to the client is clear and easy to understand, and promises are kept. Thanks to this team IPF Digital remains a trusted finance service provider to our customers.
