We are seeking a Pricing Manager who will play a key role within the product and innovation team, managing the digital lending pricing across IPF Digital markets. This role will be responsible for monitoring competitors' pricing, building up and maintaining pricing strategies, managing special offers, and analyzing the impact of pricing changes across IPF Digital markets, together with Risk, Finance, and Local market teams. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, amending, and executing targeted strategic product pricing plans in line with the IPFD business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Through market analysis, research, and monitoring, you will bring the knowledge and insights (of competitors, regulatory changes, and trends) to the company about digital lending across IPFD markets that allow IPFD to shape its pricing strategies;
• Bring the knowledge and insights to the company about consumer needs and requirements related to lending/banking/card online/mobile solution that will maximize sales conversion, satisfaction, and lifetime value;
• Co-creation and development of a Product and Innovation Strategy, operational policy, and framework for all markets;
• Co-creation of credit services pricing agenda, driving new solution implementation, defining business requirements, and a business case where needed;
• Take direct ownership and leadership of product pricing and development of pricing strategies as required;
• Co-own pricing business cases;
• Co-creation of go-to-market plans for new pricing and campaigns across IPFD markets;
• Identify appropriate opportunities to maximize sales and customer lifetime with strategic pricing;
• Assess market competition and regulatory trends in the lending pricing strategies;
• Provide customer insight, awareness, and information to the IPFD leadership team to help shape developments and strategic thinking;
• Understand the global trends in digital lending and bring this knowledge and insights to IPFD.

Qualifications:

• Understanding of credit and lending business models, pricing models, and strategies; 
• Good knowledge in Web and Mobile technology;
• Excellent analytical skills (financial analysis, ROI, ROE, etc.);
• Experience in project management; 
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with colleagues at all levels and across all functions and territories;
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver impactful presentations and deal with external partners
• Very good spoken and written business English.
