As a Pricing Manager, you’ll play a critical role in our Product & Innovation team, helping define how we price our digital lending solutions across Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Mexico, Australia, and the Czech Republic. You’ll bring together insights from markets, customers, competitors, and regulatory environments to create pricing approaches that are strategic, fair, and commercially impactful.

Working closely with Risk, Finance, and local market teams, you’ll shape initiatives that maximise customer value, enhance conversion, and support sustainable business performance.

How you’ll put your skills into action:

Market & Competitive Intelligence

• Skilled at analysing market data to identify pricing trends, competitor movements, and regulatory changes.
• Able to translate insights into actionable pricing opportunities and strategic direction for IPF Digital.

Customer & Product Insight

• Proficient at understanding consumer needs in digital lending, mobile-first journeys, and online credit solutions.
• Capable of shaping pricing that maximises customer satisfaction, conversion, and long-term value.

Strategic Pricing Development

• Confident in structuring and evolving product pricing strategies across multiple markets.
• Skilled in evaluating the commercial impact of price changes and forecasting outcomes using strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Effective at partnering with Product & Innovation, Risk, Finance, and local market teams to ensure pricing is aligned with our overall business direction.
• Able to co-create business cases, define requirements, and support go-to-market plans for new pricing models or campaigns.

Business Case & Financial Analysis

• Strong analytical thinker, proficient in ROI, ROE, and commercial impact assessments.
• Capable of owning pricing business cases end-to-end — from analysis and design to stakeholder alignment and execution.

Product & Market Strategy

• Experienced in contributing to product innovation strategy and operational frameworks.
• Skilled at identifying new opportunities that enhance customer lifetime value and overall business growth.

Influencing & Communication

• Effective communicator able to present pricing proposals and insights to leadership and external partners.
• Comfortable explaining complex concepts simply and persuasively.

Skills that will help you thrive:

• Strong understanding of lending business models and pricing frameworks.
• Knowledge of mobile and web technologies used in digital financial services.
• Excellent analytical and numerical abilities, with a commercial mindset.
• Ability to manage projects and drive initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working across multiple functions and territories.
• Excellent business English and Polish, both written and spoken.
