At IPF Digital, our Credit Risk Team leads the way in shaping data-driven, responsible, and sustainable growth. We provide advanced analytical and strategic guidance to ensure business decisions are grounded in deep risk insight and robust methodologies.
As part of this team, you’ll partner with experts across credit, finance, sales, marketing, and collections — driving innovation, influencing key strategies, and ensuring that our risk frameworks enable confident, balanced decision-making.

Here’s how you’ll put your skills into action:
- Credit Risk Expertise: Strong ability to conduct advanced credit risk analyses and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that influence strategic business decisions.
- Analytical Insight: Skilled in preparing and presenting detailed reports to senior stakeholders, supporting informed, data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Framework Development: Experienced in designing, enhancing, and maintaining credit risk models, forecasting methodologies, and stress-testing approaches at product and portfolio levels.
- Process and Policy Optimization: Capable of reviewing, refining, and implementing risk processes and policies to strengthen credit controls and minimize exposure to unexpected losses.
- Market and Risk Awareness: Proactive in identifying emerging market trends, customer behaviors, and risk patterns, using insight to drive innovative and sustainable growth strategies.
- Governance and Control: Strong understanding of governance frameworks, with the confidence to challenge existing controls and recommend data-backed policy improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effective at partnering with colleagues across credit, finance, marketing, and collections to align strategies and ensure balanced risk-reward outcomes.
- Knowledge Sharing: Passionate about sharing expertise, supporting analytical upskilling, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within the Credit Risk Team.

- Credit Risk Expertise: Skilled in applying credit scoring techniques, portfolio analysis, and risk modelling across the consumer credit lifecycle.
- Technical Capability: Proficient in SQL and data warehouse tools, using data-driven methods to assess, monitor, and forecast credit risk.
- Critical Challenge: Confident in questioning assumptions and influencing stakeholders through evidence-based reasoning and sound judgment.
- Problem Solving & Innovation: Uses creativity and structured thinking to design effective solutions to complex credit risk challenges.
- Autonomy & Accountability: Demonstrates initiative, independence, and strong organisational skills to deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Collaboration: Builds trusted partnerships across teams and shares expertise to strengthen overall analytical capability.
We also know that experience counts – and we believe that the following can support your success:
- Master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related finance field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in credit risk management, ideally within consumer finance or another regulated industry.
- Demonstrated ability to independently deliver high-impact credit risk projects from concept to implementation.
- Solid understanding of credit risk analysis, modelling, and portfolio management techniques.
- Advanced technical expertise in SQL, data warehouse (DWH) usage, and analytical tools.
- Proven experience collaborating across finance, collections, and commercial teams to align risk strategies.
- Strong strategic mindset paired with practical, hands-on problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and confidently.
- And most importantly — a good sense of humour and a positive attitude!
