Paid Ads Specialist (maternity cover)
We’re looking for a Paid Ads Specialist in Latvia to join our global Digital Marketing team.
In this role, you’ll drive business growth by planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across search, display, social, and video platforms for both B2C and B2B audiences. You’ll collaborate closely with local teams while also contributing to the success of IPF Group’s markets globally, ensuring alignment and performance across international campaigns. Main purpose of the role:
The Paid Ads Specialist is responsible for strategically leveraging paid digital advertising channels to support defined business and marketing objectives. This includes developing, executing, and optimizing campaigns across platforms such as search, display, social media, and video for both B2C and B2B audiences.
This position is intended as a maternity leave cover; however, we remain open to exploring future collaboration opportunities with talented individuals.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and execute paid digital campaigns across search, display, social, and video platforms;
- Align advertising strategies with B2C and B2B business goals;
- Define and target key audience segments;
- Manage budgets to maximize ROI;
- Write compelling, brand-aligned ad copy;
- Conduct keyword research and A/B testing;
- Monitor performance using analytics tools and report insights;
- Stay current with platform updates and industry trends;
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, and marketing teams;
- Ensure compliance with advertising policies and regulations;
- Test new formats, strategies, and targeting options;
- Share best practices with internal teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing paid ad campaigns across platforms (agency experience preferred);
- Degree in marketing, communications, management, or computer science;
- Professional certification in digital advertising (preferred);
- Proficient in major ad platforms: Google Ads, GMP, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok;
- Skilled in analytics tools: Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel, Tableau;
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities;
- Experience with keyword research, A/B testing, ad copywriting, and creative optimization;
- Ability to troubleshoot tracking and placement issues;
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills;
- Fluent in written and spoken business English;
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results and ROI;
- Up to date with industry trends, platform changes, and best practices.
