The role of the credit risk function is to improve the product/customer fit and business process efficiency. The team also places great importance on being able to create shorter and smother credit onboarding for our customers, which combined great process optimization and making full use of advanced fin-tech tools.

They do that through implementing a variety of initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive new customer acquisition and customer retention.

The team is responsible for ensuring business effectiveness and efficiency through the management of strategic direction. Policies, procedures, work processes and outcomes also all fall within this team’s remit.

This team has the vital role of ensuring the business remains operational and profitable by recovering overdue payments. Everyone in the team remains calm, respectful and customer focused, determined to provide a helpful service so customers stay up to date with their account.

The team meets and exceeds IPF Digital‘s business strategy for growth through having excellent technology processes, environments and people in place.
