The role
The People Operations Partner plays a key role in delivering high-quality, end-to-end HR support for IPF Digital Mexico. This is a generalist HR position focused on providing people-related services and support across all specialist, junior, and middle management roles (Hay grades 14–17) for people working as part of IPF Digital based in Mexico.
The role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of HR processes, managing the HR systems infrastructure (Team tailor, Sage, LMS, etc.), and owning key HR areas including onboarding, performance management (Let's Talk Me), payroll and benefits, and local health and safety for the business stakeholders assigned. Additionally, the People Operations Partner is accountable for identifying and implementing HR process improvements that enhance the employee experience and operational effectiveness. This will require working with other people working within IPF Digital HR team located in other markets to ensure good practice and processes is implemented in Mexico.
The responsibilities
Generalist HR Support
Provide first-line HR advisory support across the full employee lifecycle for all specialist, junior, and middle management roles.
Partner with managers to guide and support them on performance, employee relations, and other day-to-day HR matters.
HR Process Efficiency
Ensure HR processes are designed, documented, and consistently applied in line with best practice.
Identify and drive improvements to streamline and modernize existing HR processes and workflows.
HR Systems Management, Administration and Reporting
Ensure the efficient delivery of administration on all employment related matters including the maintenance of personnel records in line with Company requirements and local legislative requirements.
Maintain and optimize use of core HR systems: Teamtailor (recruitment), Sage (HR and payroll), and LMS (learning and development).
Ensure HR data integrity, compliance, and accurate reporting.
Responsibility for ensuring that the HR system and data files are appropriately maintained using our HR system.
Health and Safety
Coordinate and ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
Support health and safety training, documentation, and practices across the local operation.
Performance Management
Lead the "Let’s Talk Me" process for the supported audience, ensuring managers and employees engage meaningfully in performance discussions.
Track progress, coach managers, and ensure action plans are in place.
Manage talent development and promotions of hay grades 14 – 17.
Onboarding
Coordinate onboarding for all new joiners within the supported Hay grades.
Ensure a consistent, high-quality new starter experience aligned with IPF Digital values.
Recruitment & Attraction
Partner with hiring managers to understand resourcing needs and define role requirements.
Lead and coordinate the attraction, selection, and hiring process for assigned stakeholder groups.
Manage the use of Teamtailor to ensure vacancies are posted, tracked, and closed in a timely manner.
Support employer branding and local recruitment marketing initiatives to attract top talent.
Payroll and Benefits
Own the end-to-end payroll process for IPF Digital Mexico, ensuring timely, compliant and accurate payroll execution.
Administer employee benefits and support ongoing review and benchmarking of market competitiveness.
HR Project Support
Support wider HR and business initiatives and contribute to global or local HR projects as required.
Company Policies and Procedures
Keep updated documentation of clear behavioural and performance standards to ensure consistency and fairness across all levels of the organization.
Provide legal and regulatory compliance guidelines to reduce risk and protect both the company and employees.
Serve as a framework for decision-making and conflict resolution, promoting transparency and accountability in the workplace.

Knowledge & Experience
Resourcing and Recruitment management.
HR Policies
Solid understanding of Mexican labour law and compliance requirements.
Knowledge of end-to-end HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and payroll.
Familiarity with performance management frameworks such as “Let’s Talk Me.”
Operated as a HR Business Partner/People Operations partner ideally within an international organization.
Strong generalist HR background, with demonstrable experience supporting a broad employee population.
Proven ability to manage and improve HR processes and systems.
Experience managing payroll and employee benefits programs.
Confident user of HRIS, LMS, and recruitment systems (Sage, Teamtailor, etc.).
Experience working in international or matrixed organizations preferred.
Does the role need to be full time and during normal business hours or is there flexibility to the number of hours/days. And include likely travel requirements.
Whilst the role is deemed to be required full time during normal office hours (ie 40 hours/week, Monday – Friday)) consideration will be made for any requests for alternate patterns of working.
This role will require travel to our markets overseas with notice and to our Provident Mexico Head Office from time to time.
Qualifications
Educated to degree level – preferably with HR.
