About Team
The Credit Risk Decision Team is responsible for developing the core decisioning engine that sits at the heart of our digital business. From credit risk strategies and scoring models to affordability assessments and automation solutions, the team delivers products and processes that directly support sustainable growth, portfolio quality, and customer experience across multiple markets.
Working closely with Risk, Data, Business and IT teams, we focus on building scalable and intelligent decisioning capabilities that balance growth, customer experience and risk management. The team delivers strategic initiatives across all digital markets and plays a key role in shaping the future of our lending products - continuously evolving how lending decisions are made across IPF Digital.
We work in an Agile environment alongside cross-functional teams, focusing on collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement - always looking for smarter ways to deliver value, improve processes, and strengthen our products.
Here’s how you’ll put your skills into action:
Product Leadership: Take end-to-end ownership of Credit Risk products and initiatives, shaping priorities, driving delivery, and ensuring solutions create measurable value for the business.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with business, risk, and technology teams to navigate complex challenges, align diverse perspectives, and turn strategic goals into actionable outcomes.
Decision Making & Prioritisation: Bring clarity to fast-moving environments by balancing competing priorities, making confident decisions, and focusing teams on the initiatives that deliver the greatest impact.
Product Discovery & Delivery: Translate complex business requirements into structured epics, user stories, and delivery plans, ensuring development teams have the context and direction needed for successful execution.
Change & Process Optimisation: Continuously improve Credit Risk processes, monitoring capabilities, and operational workflows by identifying opportunities for simplification, scalability, and efficiency.
Team Enablement & Ways of Working: Support Agile teams by fostering collaboration, creating structure where needed, and helping teams adapt effectively to evolving business and market demands.
Communication and language skills: Communicate confidently and clearly in both Polish and English, adapting your language and style to suit diverse audiences. You’ll facilitate collaboration across international teams, ensuring shared understanding and smooth delivery across markets.
We also know that experience counts – and we believe that the following can support your success:
Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within an Agile delivery environment.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to navigate complex discussions and influence decision-making across multiple teams.
Experience working closely with software development teams and a solid understanding of technical product delivery.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
Experience designing or improving operational processes and ways of working, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
International mindset and enthusiasm for working across global teams and markets.
Nice-to-have skills and experience:
Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery frameworks, supported by certifications such as CSPO, AgilePM, PMP, or equivalent, will be an advantage.
Experience in fintech, banking, lending platforms, or Credit Risk environments — including exposure to portfolio KPIs such as default rates, LGD, or PD — would be considered a strong asset.
Familiarity with Jira Plans and Jira Cloud tools is nice to have.
