About Team
The Debt Management Team is responsible for shaping customer payment plans, repayment journey and collections experience across all our digital markets. The team develops and continuously improves solutions related to repayments, payment plans, invoice calculations, payment allocation, and customer-friendly repayment methods such as Direct Debits, Recurrent Payments, and Pay-by-Links.
Alongside repayment journeys, the team supports collections and recovery processes, helping customers manage repayments effectively while driving operational efficiency and supporting healthy business performance. By combining customer-focused thinking with process optimisation and technology, the team plays an important role in improving both customer outcomes and business results.
We work in a cross-functional Agile setup, partnering closely with business, operations and technology teams to continuously improve the customer experience and deliver impactful solutions across multiple markets.
Here’s how you’ll put your skills into action:
Product Ownership & Vision: Shape and drive the product roadmap for debt management and repayment solutions, translating strategic goals into clear priorities, actionable plans, and measurable business outcomes.
Agile Delivery & Prioritisation: Lead backlog management and sprint readiness by breaking down complex initiatives into well-defined user stories, helping teams stay focused, aligned, and confident in delivery commitments.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong partnerships across business, technology, finance, and risk teams, ensuring product decisions balance customer needs, operational efficiency, and commercial impact.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimise repayment journeys, payment integrations, cashflow processes, and monitoring capabilities to improve customer experience and operational performance.
Leadership & Team Enablement: Create an environment where teams can do their best work by providing clarity, direction, and motivation, while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
Change & Risk Management: Support sustainable product evolution by managing dependencies, balancing priorities, mitigating risks, and driving effective change across multiple stakeholders and teams.
Communication and language skills: Communicate confidently and clearly in both Polish and English, adapting your language and style to suit diverse audiences. You’ll facilitate collaboration across international teams, ensuring shared understanding and smooth delivery across markets.
We also know that experience counts – and we believe that the following can support your success:
Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within an Agile software development team.
Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery practices, with the ability to translate business needs into valuable product outcomes.
Technical understanding gained through close collaboration with software development teams and digital product delivery.
Confidence working in fast-paced environments, making decisions quickly, influencing stakeholders, and managing competing priorities effectively.
Nice-to-have skills and experience:
Experience working with financial products, repayment processes, payment integrations, or customer lifecycle management within fintech, banking, or consumer finance environments will be highly valued.
Professional certifications such as CSPO, AgilePM, PMP, or equivalent Agile qualifications are considered an advantage.
Knowledge of collections processes, order-to-cash operations, customer portfolio management, or related KPIs such as default rates and PD would be a plus.
