We are looking for Product Owners to help us drive value across our key domains, working on consumer finance and fintech products, improving core processes and end-to-end customer journeys, and delivering initiatives that power our business.
As a Product Owner at IPF Digital, you will play a key role in shaping scalable and impactful digital products that connect business goals, customer needs, and technology. You will work in cross-functional feature teams, taking ownership of product direction and ensuring that teams deliver meaningful outcomes aligned with our strategic priorities.
Working hand in hand with our IT and business teams, you will drive product initiatives from concept through delivery and continuous improvement. You will play a central role in aligning stakeholders, setting priorities, and ensuring that teams focus on delivering the highest-value outcomes for the business and our customers.
This role is based in Warsaw, with responsibility for initiatives across all IPF Digital operations and markets.
Here's how you'll put your skills into action:
Product ownership: Own and evolve the product roadmap to deliver clear business and customer outcomes. You will set priorities, make informed product decisions, and ensure the team focuses on initiatives that create measurable value.
Stakeholder relationship management: Build strong partnerships across business, technology, and operations. You will align stakeholders around a shared product vision, manage expectations, and ensure transparency around priorities and delivery.
Product leadership: Provide direction and clarity for the product team, ensuring that everyone understands the vision, priorities, and desired outcomes. You will empower teams to deliver while maintaining focus on strategic objectives.
Customer-centric mindset: Ensure that product development is guided by customer needs and business impact. You will advocate for solutions that improve customer journeys and strengthen our digital offering.
Innovation: Encourage experimentation and continuous improvement within your team. You will help foster a culture where ideas are tested, feedback is embraced, and the product evolves with every release.
Delivery collaboration: Work closely with development teams to ensure initiatives move smoothly from idea to release. You will facilitate prioritization, remove obstacles, and ensure alignment across teams and markets.
Measurement: Track product performance and outcomes to ensure that delivered initiatives bring tangible value. You will use insights and data to guide priorities and inform future product decisions.
Strategic thinking: Ensure that every initiative contributes to IPF Digital’s broader business goals. You will balance short-term delivery with long-term product vision and strategic impact.
Communication and language skills: Communicate confidently and clearly in both Polish and English, adapting your language and style to diverse audiences. You will facilitate collaboration across international teams and ensure alignment across markets.
We also know that experience counts – and we believe that the following can support your success:
Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar product leadership role within an Agile delivery environment.
Hands-on experience owning digital products or end-to-end customer journeys, ideally in fintech, consumer finance, or online lending.
Experience working across international markets or distributed teams is an advantage.
Relevant certification (CSPO, AgilePM, PMP, or similar) is a plus.
