Credit Risk Manager
We are looking for a Credit Risk Manager in Latvia to join our global Credit, Risk & Fraud team. In this role, you will lead and manage the local credit risk agenda for IPF Digital Latvia — ensuring that business growth is achieved through smart, data-driven, and customer-centric risk decisions.
You’ll partner closely with the Country Manager and the Credit Risk Hub team to develop, test, and refine credit strategies, policies, and systems that enable sustainable customer growth while protecting the business from unnecessary risk. This is a hands-on, analytical, and strategic role where you’ll turn complex data into actionable insights and help shape the direction of our credit risk function in Latvia.
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re flexible, creative, and excited by innovation. Our digital lending business is evolving rapidly, and you’ll be right in the middle of this growth — experimenting, challenging, improving, and helping us achieve our ambitious goals.
This role is based in Riga and reports to the Credit Director, forming part of our international Credit, Risk & Fraud team.

- Monitor and review credit and arrears management processes, ensuring compliance and effective governance.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency within the risk framework.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders — including data providers, credit bureaus, and technology partners.
