CRM Campaign Lead
In a nutshell
The purpose (in a nutshell) of the CRM Campaign Lead role is working as a vital part of the IPF Digital Hub team. You will be one of the main CRM team leaders that’s responsible for campaigns and customer lifecycle management across all IPF digital markets. You will take data-driven actions to improve customer acquisition, upsell & retention. You will also lead a team of CRM Team’s Campaign Specialists and be the key person in aligning initiatives with marketing managers across IPFD markets.
Your daily tasks:
- Drive customer lifetime value growth by developing and implementing CRM strategies and tactics to improve new customer acquisition, upselling & retention.
- Lead planning monthly Campaign Calendars for each market to ensure reaching monthly business goals and apply learnings from previous ones
- Prepare Customer & portfolio analysis across all IPF Digital markets with the aim of better understanding our customer’s database on the stages of customer’s live: onboarding, x-sell, migration, upsell & retention.
- Drive changes in business logic used to make it more and more data & customer-insights driven (propensity models instead of assumptions). Ensure that learnings and successful activities from one market are shared and implemented in others.
- Drive existing customer migration to Mobile Wallet App by developing world-class customer journeys through constant A/B testing and data-driven decisions.
- Constantly review & analyze Mobile Wallet carpet performance and make improvements based on learnings so that it has the strong foundation to be the product of the company’s future.
- Collaborate with other departments (Hub Marketing, Local Marketing, Finance, Credit Risk) to improve business performance.
- Map & document existing processes of CRM campaigns across markets.
- Lead & manage a team of CRM specialists.
- Validate cost effectiveness of SMS campaigns, recommend changes if there is a risk of exceeding the cost budget for a market
- Be flexible and pragmatic about how you spend your time, balancing a broad range of business needs to ensure that the business is successful in growing in a cost effective way
- Be a great team member, inspiring and supporting the team to be efficient, focused and generate profit
- Be an ambassador of the brand, bringing it to life in every interaction (virtual and real life)
- Look for ways to reduce costs and save money

Knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of CRM & Customer Lifecycle Management and marketing principles
Experience
- Past experience in digital marketing and/or Customer relationship management (in Lead/Manager role).
- Experience in: reports delivering, predictive models building and implementing, advanced analysis, campaign management
- Experience with mobile app marketing
- (Nice to have) Marketing Cloud 3+ years usage experience
- (Nice to have) Salesforce (especially Service Cloud) experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in either marketing, business management or similar.
