Functional Tester – backend:

Join newly established Credit Risk Domain team that will focus on automating credit risk processes, driving efficiency and innovation in our markets.

Key role responsibilities of the Functional Tester role are:

• Analyze business requirements, functional specifications and collaborating with business analysts / product owner
• Identify test cases from Software Requirements and/or Use Cases
• Create and execute manual test cases to ensure compliance with specifications and documentation provided
• Functional and E2E test scripts dry-runs, peer reviews and execution
• Defects identification, reporting, management
• Backend and Frontend testing including API, database and Salesforce
• Support of the team in automated tests execution and updates

Role requirements:

• Strong backend testing skills : SOAP, REST API, SQL
• Being proficient in Functional, E2E and UAT testing and test processes as a part of SDLC and STLC
• Over 4 years of experience working as Software Tester
• Knowledge of different testing phases and types: Integration, UAT, E2E, functional
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum preferred)
• Ability to communicate in both Polish and English on a day-to-day basis in speaking and writing
• Problem solving skills and having ability to work under pressure
• Being a team player but also able to work independently using your initiative
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines
• Finance /Banking experience (strong advantage)
• Background in Automation testing (an advantage)
• General knowledge of some programming languages (Java, JavaScript, Python) (an advantage)
• Familiarity with Robot Framework (an advantage)
• ISTQB Certification (an advantage)
• Experience in Salesforce testing (an advantage)
• Advanced Excel skills (an advantage)
