Sales Performance
Sales Performance team identifies opportunities to grow and develop the business, drives and manages performance across our markets, monitors results, and provides feedback, guidance, and direction to all IPFD markets. Sales Performance team acts on business performance improvement opportunities and ensures that the business plan is achievable.
They focus on delivering excellent and consistent service to our customers across all IPFD brands and markets. With the usage of proper technology and constant review of the processes, they push the boundaries of efficiency.
CRM Performance
The CRM Team has a challenging and ever-evolving role to play when it comes to optimizing our customers' experience with IPFD. They are taking ownership of all of the communication that we send to our customers through SMS, email, in-app banners, and push notifications. To ensure all that remains at the top level all insights are meticulously analyzed (customer feedback, conversion rates, or 2-way SMS responses). This team is working on defining and adjusting all leading indicators of the customer journeys and, along with country marketing managers, is continuously improving the results in this field. As data is the central point of any CRM Team’s decision-making, they are also the experts on our customers' profiles/personas.
