Our Customer Representatives are crucial to the success and growth of IPF. They are the people on the front line of our business, making direct contact with our customers and delivering our products and services face-to-face.

Over 75% of people in the IPF Group are Customer Representatives. Whether you’re based in the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Romania, or Mexico, you’ll play a critical role in our business as the primary point of contact for our customers.

The Customer Representative role

Here’s your chance to be the person who visits our customers in their homes, gets to know their circumstances and provides the financial assistance they need.

These are flexible roles that can fit around your family and other commitments. It's likely you’ll live and work in or near the communities you’ll serve. You may even have been a customer yourself, so you’ll have a deep understanding of the lives, financial circumstances, and credit needs of the people you visit.

Whatever your situation and background, this is a chance to establish and develop professional relationships with customers. You’ll need to understand their current and future financial needs, carefully assess their creditworthiness and ensure you stay in touch with them before, during and after issuing a loan or another IPF product or service.

Make no mistake, this is a role that will enable you to demonstrate your entrepreneurial skills as you take charge of your own workload, build your own customer base and learn what it takes to run a small business.

Personal development

All Customer Representatives benefit from having a detailed training plan. As the face of the company, Customer Representatives play a vital role in finding the right solutions for our customers, which is why we provide technical training around all of our products, so that we can match the right solutions to our customers’ needs. Customer Representatives also receive customer service training as well as learning about how we live our Purpose and values.

Much of this training will take place on-the-job, as you interact directly with customers, collecting instalments, selling our services, conducting marketing activities, and working to meet business goals. To provide help and guidance, a more experienced colleague will be assigned to every new team member and will be available to mentor you.
