CRM Specialist
Join IPF Digital as a CRM Specialist and turn data into engaging customer journeys. Build smarter campaigns, grow your skills and make an impact across our international markets.
About Team
You’ll join the IPF Digital Hub CRM team, working with colleagues across six markets to create, deliver and continuously improve multi-channel customer communications.
You’ll work closely with Marketing Managers, local CRM coordinators, Product and IT teams, combining customer insight, data and technology to build relevant journeys that improve conversion, customer experience and CRM coverage.
This role is based in Vilnius, Lithuania, with responsibility for initiatives across all IPF Digital operations and markets.
Here’s how you’ll put your skills into action:
Customer Engagement: Plan, build, test and optimise automated omnichannel campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, creating relevant customer journeys that support monthly targets, improve conversion and strengthen the customer experience.
Data Analysis: Use SQL, campaign data and performance insights to understand what is working, identify opportunities and turn learning into practical improvements across CRM activity.
Marketing Technology: Apply your knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, email and SMS automation, HTML and email deliverability to build reliable, high-quality campaigns and help colleagues get the most from our CRM technology.
Process Improvement: Capture learning from campaign delivery and look for smarter ways of working, including new automated CRM journeys that increase CRM coverage, reduce reliance on ad-hoc activity and help lower operational costs.
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with Marketing Managers, local CRM teams, Product, IT and other stakeholders to co-plan campaigns, solve technical or delivery challenges and turn business needs into effective CRM solutions.
Measurement and Optimisation: Monitor campaign outcomes and use evidence to recommend improvements that contribute to stronger conversion, better customer experiences and more efficient use of resources.
Communication and language skills: Communicate confidently and clearly in both Lithuanian and English, adapting your language and style to suit diverse audiences. You’ll facilitate collaboration across international teams, ensuring shared understanding and smooth delivery across markets.
We also know that experience counts – and we believe that the following can support your success:
2+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or another campaign management platform, with hands-on experience delivering multi-channel CRM campaigns and automated customer journeys.
Good SQL knowledge, alongside practical experience with email/SMS marketing automation; knowledge of Excel, basic HTML and email deliverability will help you succeed in the role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage priorities and deliver to tight deadlines. Experience in financial services or fintech, e-commerce, FMCG or retail would be valuable, while Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification and project management skills are an advantage.
What we can offer you:
A gross monthly salary of €2,700–€3,100, depending on your skills and experience.
Health insurance after successfully completing your probation period.
Hybrid working opportunities, giving you flexibility between office and remote work.
Free parking near the office.
Office lunches.
Access to the Siffi mental wellbeing platform.

Our hiring approach
As part of our skills-first recruitment process, you will be asked to complete a practical work challenge. This gives you a chance to showcase your skills, your way of thinking, and your problem-solving approach – beyond what’s on a CV.
