Senior Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce - Fin-Tech - Administrator
About Team
We are a cross-market Salesforce support and administration team, ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of a platform used across all IPF Digital markets.
We collaborate closely with architects, developers, testers, and business users to deliver reliable, scalable, and user-friendly solutions that support our growth ambitions.
This role is based in Warsaw, with responsibility for initiatives across all IPF Digital operations and markets.
About the Role
This is a hands-on Salesforce Support role, where support and platform stability are your primary focus. You will act as a key point of support for users and systems, ensuring smooth operations, quick issue resolution, and high-quality delivery across environments.
You will play a critical role in both day-to-day support activities and pre-release validation, working closely with development and testing teams while maintaining a strong support-first mindset.
Here’s how you’ll put your skills into action
Service Operations: Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of Salesforce by managing incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs, maintaining high system availability and a consistent user experience across markets.
Application Support: Provide hands-on support to users, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently while escalating complex cases when needed, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Support for Testing & Environments: Collaborate closely with testing teams to support user acceptance testing (UAT) and non-production environments.
System Configuration and Optimisation: Leverage Salesforce’s out-of-the-box capabilities to configure and enhance platform features, improving usability and reducing dependency on full development cycles.
Problem Management and Root Cause Analysis: Investigate system behaviours across environments, distinguishing between defects, configuration issues, and integration dependencies, and driving effective, long-term solutions.
Documentation & Governance: Maintain up-to-date Salesforce documentation, including policies, processes, and procedures, ensuring transparency, consistency, and audit readiness.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with business users, feature teams, and external suppliers, translating technical topics into clear guidance and ensuring alignment across diverse stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance, analyse usage data, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, user adoption, and platform reliability.
Communication and language skills: Communicate confidently and clearly in both Polish and English, adapting your language and style to suit diverse audiences. You’ll facilitate collaboration across international teams, ensuring shared understanding and smooth delivery across markets.
We also know that experience counts – and we believe that the following can support your success:
Hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, including user management, configuration, and platform support (Salesforce Administrator certification is highly valued).
Solid understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, with basic familiarity with development concepts and technologies, such as: Platform Events, Connected Apps, SSO, OAuth, SOAP, REST, SOA, Apex, Test Classes, Triggers, Visualforce, JavaScript, SOQL/SOSL.
Strong understanding of integrations and APIs.
Familiarity with Service Management Practices.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities, solve complex problems, and work effectively in a multi-vendor, international environment.
Our hiring approach
As part of our skills-first recruitment process, you will be asked to complete a practical work challenge. This gives you a chance to showcase your skills, your way of thinking, and your problem-solving approach – beyond what’s on a CV.
In the next steps, we’ll focus on getting to know you better through conversations around culture fit and soft skills, to ensure we’re a great match for each other.
What can we offer you?
Real opportunities for growth – enjoy access to a variety of internal learning and external development initiatives.
A fully free mental health platform with access to certified professionals: psychologists (including child psychologists), dietitians, business coaches, and physiotherapists.
Relaxed team integrations – kayaking, cycling, workshops, team outings… we enjoy spending time together, and we make it happen regularly.
