The role
The Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and aligning all marketing functions, including brand campaigns, public relations, content, and communications ensuring that all initiatives are executed holistically and consistently across channels. This role prevents siloed work by driving cross-functional collaboration, creating unified strategies, and maximizing the impact of every campaign. The Integrated Marketing will oversee the integrated marketing team while also coordinating with other marketing units to ensure that brand messages are cohesive, measurable, and aligned with business objectives.
Key accountabilities
- Analyze market, competition, and trends to adapt brand strategy.
 - Define and execute brand strategy: mission, vision, positioning, and values.
 - Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning, drive awareness, and support business goals.
 - Design and maintain style guides and consistent messaging across all channels
 - Lead and coordinate cross-functional marketing teams (brand, campaigns, PR, digital, content, etc.) to ensure cohesive planning and execution.
 - Oversee campaign development from concept to execution, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
 - Partner closely with internal stakeholders (product, sales, communications, etc.) to align marketing efforts with company objectives.
 - Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and media to enhance visibility and amplify campaigns.
 - Foster a collaborative culture, ensuring that all marketing teams work in alignment rather than in silos.
 - Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent and effective execution.
 - Stay informed about market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to inform strategy and execution.

Skills & Qualifications
- Solid experience in branding, marketing campaigns, and public relations.
 - Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
 - Analytical capacity to measure campaign impact and adjust strategies.
 - Organization, multitasking, and ability to meet deadlines and manage budgets.
 - Strong media relations skills and crisis management.
 - Degree in Marketing or experience in Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, or related fields.
 - Prior experience with management tools (Asana, Trello) and CMS.
 - Knowledge of design, social media, and visual content production.
 - Fluency in English or additional languages (depending on market needs)
