About Team
Our HR team plays a critical role in shaping the future of IPF Digital by ensuring we attract, onboard, and support top talent across the business. Operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment, we partner closely with leaders and teams to build organizational capability and foster an inclusive culture.
At IPF Digital
We’re in the process of transforming into a skills-based organization – where your capabilities and potential matter more than static job titles. We focus on what you know, what you’re great at, and what you want to grow into. Not sure if you meet every requirement? We’d still love to hear from you. Let us know what you can bring – we’re excited to learn more.
This role provides you with the opportunity to contribute to multiple HR areas and shape your own career path. In our People Team, we believe your skills fuel your impact.
Here is how you will put your skills into action
HR Operations:
Work closely with the HR Data & Reward Manager to ensure smooth delivery of HR services across the entire employee lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding — supporting our people and maintaining operational excellence.
Payroll Management:
Act as the main point of contact for our external Polish HR Admin & Payroll provider. Ensure all employee data is accurate, complete, and submitted on time for payroll processing. Review payroll outputs, raise and resolve discrepancies, and guarantee that every payment is right — every time.
HR Documentation & Governance:
Manage employment contracts, amendments, and key HR documents with precision. Ensure compliance with local laws and company policies while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity. Continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
Employee Benefits:
Manage employee benefits in close collaboration with external providers, overseeing private medical care, life insurance, sports cards, Employee Capital Plan, Social Fund, and other programs to ensure efficient administration and excellent employee experience. Be the go-to person for joiners, movers, and leavers — ensuring all documentation, system updates, and benefits processes run seamlessly.
Data Integrity & Reporting:
Keep employee data accurate and up to date in our HR systems (Sage HR, SAP). Deliver insightful monthly and ad hoc reports — from headcount and cost centres to JML summaries — supporting HR and Finance teams across Poland and other IPF Digital countries with reliable, actionable information.
Global Collaboration & Projects:
Partner with HR colleagues across IPF Digital’s international markets — gaining exposure to payroll, benefits, and people practices in countries such as the Baltics, Mexico, Australia, and beyond. Collaborate with Finance and external partners to ensure accurate cost allocations, invoices, and smooth HR operations, while contributing to global HR projects that drive alignment and innovation across the business.

- Experience working with HR systems (Sage HR, SAP, or similar).

- Proactive, solutions-oriented approach and readiness to work independently.
We also know that experience counts – and we believe the following can support your success
- Proven solid experience in HR administration and/or payroll coordination.
- Experience collaborating with external benefits and payroll providers.
- Confidence in working in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Active participation in HR projects
Our hiring approach
As part of our skills-first recruitment process, you will be asked to complete a practical work challenge. This gives you a chance to showcase your skills, your way of thinking, and your problem-solving approach – beyond what’s on a CV.
In the next steps, we’ll focus on getting to know you better through conversations around culture fit and soft skills, to ensure we’re a great match for each other.
What can we offer you?
- Real opportunities for growth – enjoy access to a variety of internal learning and external development initiatives.
- A fully free mental health platform with access to certified professionals: psychologists (including child psychologists), dietitians, business coaches, and physiotherapists.
- Relaxed team integrations – kayaking, cycling, workshops, team outings… we enjoy spending time together, and we make it happen regularly.
- Move your body, clear your mind – you can use a Multisport card or use private health care coverage.
- A truly international environment – we collaborate with teams from Mexico to Australia. Sounds exciting? That’s just our everyday reality.
From office life
- Company parking where you can book a parking place.
- Weekly team lunches – enjoy vouchers to nearby restaurants (yes, sushi included!).
- Brand new office in a prime location – Gdański Business Center in Warsaw, just 5 minutes from Dworzec Gdański metro station. Inside: 3 types of coffee, ping pong, and a chillout room. Tempted?
- Flexibility is not a buzzword – hybrid work model (2 days a week at the office) and flexible hours are our standard, not a perk.
Here’s how our team describes our culture
The culture at IPFD is driven by our shared values. People are put first, we accept differences, and encourage individuality. Due to our flat business structure, we enjoy collaborating together. Enjoying some good times together is also highly encouraged!
