IPF Digital is seeking a Collections Data Analyst to work as part of the Analytics Hub team supporting the entire IPF Digital business. A qualified candidate will have excellent communication and written skills and should have experience interacting with clients who could truly bring analysis expertise to the table.

In your role, as part of the IPF Digital Hub Data Analytics team, you will be a hands-on, commercially focused Collections Data Analyst that gets a buzz from seeing a direct link between results of your work in the area of data analytics and the bottom line whilst working across a broad range of operational areas. You will work closely and act also as a middleman between IPF Digital functions (mainly Collections) and technology area. This will be a varied role so you will need to be comfortable managing, analyzing and visualizing data and providing and presenting data driven recommendations for decisions and actions.

Your daily tasks:

• Extract the appropriate data & prepare KPIs relevant for Collections area. This includes among others: support for reminder, collections and debt sale processes.
• Actively learn company systems and business processes to be able to build analytical data flows
• Develop data products with high quality, description and with alignment to already developed metrics
• Provide ad-hoc analyses required by Collections Managers
• Seek for constant improvement in decision modelling tools, practices and solutions
• Present reports, analyses and recommendations to the team and business area leaders
• Maintain and ensure effective and high-quality reporting, being open to challenge and feedback
• Provide advice on how to optimise Collections strategies and policies
• Provide analytical insight by examining the best ways to utilise data and add value
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders and build their understanding about Collections area

So, what skills, knowledge and experience do you have?

Skills

• High level ability to interpret complex performance data; identify and deliver priority actions
• Evaluate the impact and risks of change
• Spot issues and opportunities and act upon them quickly
• Creativity and an aptitude for problem solving
• High level collaboration skills to gather requirements, propose solutions and actively communicate relevant findings
  
• Communicative in verbal and written business English

Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of SQL (preferred T-SQL and Snowflake)
• Familiarity with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Knowledge of DWH modelling
• Basics of Python would be an asset
• Adept at writing complex SQL queries and presenting findings
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in working in data analytics area
• Knowledge and practical experience in the support of Collections area
• Experience gained within a financial services environment (desirable)
• Exposure to working in an international business that works cross-culturally

Qualifications
