Certified Internal Auditor
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Certified Internal Auditor to join our team in Estonia. The main purpose of this role is to provide internal audit assurance for IPF Digital Estonia, assessing governance, risk management, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality audit and assurance services, including risk-based audit plans, fieldwork, and reporting;
- Analyze business processes, understand key risks, and propose improvements;
- Ensure audit methodology meets IIA standards;
- Plan, conduct, and report on audits within agreed timescales;
- Report audit findings and perform regular follow-up on management actions;
- Contribute to periodic reports for management of the supervisory board and the Audit & Risk Committee;
- Take accountability for results and create a productive work environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Certified Internal Auditor is a requirement;
- The ACCA and CISA certifications are beneficial;
- Proficient in English (C1 level);
- 5+ years in audit (external or internal), preferably in financial services.
Knowledge:
- A thorough knowledge of all aspects of internal auditing, corporate governance, risk management and internal control;
- Knowledge of financial products and digital lending is beneficial.
Skills:
- Very good presentation, written and spoken communication;
- Good analytical and logical thinking to identify underlying drivers, root causes, develop conclusion and provide insight to senior leaders;
- Continuous learning and improvement;
- Strong stakeholder management skills;
- Able to work individually and in a team;
- Strong ethics and integrity.
