In a nutshell

This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in shaping the user experience of our Credit Risk Automation journey. As part of a small but highly skilled team, you’ll contribute to delivering a seamless web experience for our customers across various markets, including Mexico, Australia, and Lithuania.

You’ll collaborate closely with backend developers and business stakeholders to refine and implement features that bring our vision of automated credit decisions to life. From designing and adjusting the look and functionality of web interfaces to ensuring user-friendly journeys, your work will have a direct impact on our global operations.

On a day-to-day basis, this means:

• Enhancing web journeys by adding, removing, or updating input fields to meet specific market needs.
• Collaborating on cross-functional teams to define and implement the best solutions for various requirements, including dropdown menus, field validations, and dynamic field configurations (mandatory/optional).
• Participating in the ideation and refinement of functionalities to ensure an optimal user experience aligned with business goals.

This role will be based in Warsaw, but you’ll work on initiatives that span multiple markets and digital platforms.

Your responsibilities:

• Build new frontend components and utilize the existing component library.
• Work in Scrum methodology with two-week sprints using Atlassian tools.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to clarify requirements.
• Stay self-motivated to learn and share new knowledge with the team.
