CRM Specialist
In a nutshell
The purpose (in a nutshell) of the CRM Specialist role is working as part of the IPF Digital Hub CRM team that plans, executes and analyses multi-channel campaigns in 6 IPFD markets.
Your daily tasks:
- Preparing target groups for campaigns with SQL
- Implementation of marketing materials from technical point of view – HTML e-mails, AMP Script SMS
- Setting up automated communication and customer journeys in SalesForce Marketing Cloud
- Implementing effective CRM communication strategies
- Analysing user’s actions, behaviour and habits using internal Data warehouse, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, Tableau and other data reports
- Understand and analyse campaign data and performance to emphasize actionable insights and provide recommendations to business managers and CRM HUB Team to continuously improve campaigns and customer communication
- Ad hoc analysis to support business decisions
- Be flexible and pragmatic about how you spend your time, balancing a broad range of business needs to ensure that the business is successful in growing in a cost-effective way
- Be a great team member, inspiring and supporting the team to be efficient, focused and generate profit
- Be an ambassador of the brand, bringing it to life in every interaction (virtual and real life)
- Look for ways to reduce costs and save money
So, what skills, knowledge and experience do you have?
Skills
- Fluent in verbal and written business English
- Problem solving and analytical thinking
- Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences that are in a geographically dispersed environment (conference calls, Skype, face-to-face)
- An advanced ability to plan, implement and refine complex and diverse user journeys
- Ability to work on the pressure of tight deadlines
- Goal oriented
Knowledge
- Good knowledge of SQL queries and their role in relation to Marketing Cloud
- Knowledge of HTML for emails
- Knowledge about Email deliverability
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in multi-channel campaigns with Marketing Cloud or another CRM campaign management tool (a must)
Qualifications
- Information Technology (generally technical university) as preferred education profile.
