The role
This amazing opportunity offers a once in a lifetime chance to be part of the on the ground team responsible for growing the Mexican. You will be responsible for creating and sustaining key partnerships with external providers in the market who can work with our core lending product and provide leads and sales. Once partnerships are established, you will be responsible for the ongoing development and effectiveness of these relationships in achieving our profitable growth targets as a business.
The responsibilities
- On-going management of any established partner channels in line with agreed KPI’s and expectations
- Through excellent interpersonal skills, motivating and influencing all suppliers to lead to enhanced performance and success.
- Working with the Country manager to put in place a targeted partner sales strategy and then execute upon this strategy.
- Giving feedback and direction as required to partners and the Country team to lead to improved business performance.
- Act as a key account manager to external sales partners.
- Identify all opportunities to grow and develop the business – this could be opportunities to increase customer profitability, retaining customers, thinking of new ways to meet our customer needs and delivering an all-round excellent customer service.
- Be all over the performance data, in it, breathing it, living it – driving growth and reducing costs.
- Create a working environment that supports productivity, engagement, effectiveness, and efficiency.

Skills
- Fluent in verbal and written business English (essential)
- Focused on results and delivery.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage your time and activities efficiently and to deadlines.

- Innovative, inquisitive – you will love solving problems.
- Flexible – happy to roll your sleeves up when needed.
Knowledge & Experience
- Digital Partnership Management preferably in the affiliate marketing / broker space.
- Channel Management
- Strategic selling – process and management
- Customer focus and the ability to think broadly when approaching customers.
- Digital Sales management, Key account management
- Worked within digital consumer financial services (Desirable)
- Worked with affiliates, brokers (Desirable)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related discipline (ideal)
