Each team member approaches every interaction with calm professionalism, respect, and a strong focus on the customer. Their goal is to offer supportive solutions that help customers stay on track with their accounts.
Beyond recovering payments, the team also helps customers better understand their financial situation and find manageable ways to meet their obligations. Through empathy and clear communication, they help build trust and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships.

The Credit Risk function focuses on improving the fit between our products and customers, while also enhancing the efficiency of our business processes.
A major priority for the team is creating a faster and more seamless credit onboarding experience, combining process optimization with the smart use of advanced fintech tools. They continuously analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions, helping to balance growth with responsible lending. By doing so, the team ensures that every customer journey is secure, transparent, and tailored to individual needs.
