About Team
Join a collaborative European HR team supporting people across multiple markets while partnering closely with local leadership in Lithuania.
You'll play a key role in creating an outstanding employee experience, ensuring compliant HR operations, and helping the business attract, develop and retain great talent.
This role is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.
Here’s how you’ll put your skills into action:
People Operations: Manage the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding through to offboarding—creating a positive employee experience while ensuring every stage is delivered efficiently and in line with company policies and local legislation.
Employee Relations & HR Advisory: Act as a trusted partner to managers and employees, providing practical guidance on employment matters, performance, policies and people processes to enable confident, consistent decision-making.
Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment for frontline, operational and specialist roles, building effective sourcing strategies and delivering an excellent candidate experience to secure high-quality talent.
HR Administration & Compliance: Prepare and maintain employment contracts, amendments, employee records and termination documentation, ensuring accurate administration, strong governance and compliance with Lithuanian labour legislation and GDPR requirements.
Workforce Data & HR Operations: Maintain high-quality HR data, coordinate payroll inputs, produce HR reports and identify opportunities to improve HR processes, supporting informed decision-making and operational excellence.
Employee Engagement & Workplace Experience: Coordinate employee wellbeing initiatives, office events, Health & Safety activities and office operations, creating an engaging, safe and productive working environment while managing local vendors and budgets effectively.
Communication and language skills: Communicate confidently and clearly in both Lithuanian and English, adapting your language and style to suit diverse audiences. You’ll facilitate collaboration across international teams, ensuring shared understanding and smooth delivery across markets.
We also know that experience counts – and we believe that the following can support your success:
At least 3 years' experience in an HR Generalist, HR Specialist or similar role, managing the full employee lifecycle within a dynamic business environment.
Strong working knowledge of Lithuanian Labour Code, employment legislation, payroll administration, recruitment practices and HR processes, with experience maintaining accurate HR documentation and records.
A proactive, organised and employee-focused approach, with the ability to build trusted relationships, manage competing priorities independently and work confidently within an international organisation.
