Data & Management Information Reporting Analyst
Join our Warsaw team as a Data & MI Reporting Analyst: turn data into clear insights, drive financial decisions, and grow in a collaborative, inclusive environment.
About Team
We are a company that provides consumer lending solutions, and our mission is to make life easier by offering simple, transparent, and data-driven financial products.
Our purpose is to build a better world through financial inclusion, and we strongly believe that high-quality data, insight, and reporting are critical enablers of better business decisions.
We are committed to creating an environment where people can grow, feel motivated, and see a direct impact of their work on business results, while maintaining a healthy work–life balance.
You will join a collaborative, highly skilled international team where knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and curiosity are part of everyday work.
This role is based in Warsaw, Poland, with responsibility for initiatives across all IPF Digital operations and markets.
Here’s how you’ll put your skills into action:
Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Transform complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights that directly influence commercial decisions and business performance. Your analysis will help leaders understand trends, risks, and opportunities – and act on them confidently.
Financial Reporting & Performance Management: Design, maintain, and continuously enhance high-quality financial reporting that supports Accounting, Reporting, and Commercial Finance teams during monthly performance cycles. You’ll ensure data is accurate, timely, and trusted across the organisation.
Business Intelligence & Data Visualisation: Create and develop impactful dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel. You’ll turn numbers into compelling stories, enabling stakeholders to quickly grasp performance drivers and focus on what matters most.
Data Engineering & Query Development: Use advanced SQL (including T-SQL or Snowflake SQL) and Excel skills to extract, transform, and structure data efficiently. By building robust queries and stored procedures, you’ll ensure scalable, reliable reporting solutions.
Continuous Improvement & Optimisation: Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes, reduce waste, and create economies of scale – always balancing efficiency with customer experience. You’ll proactively refine tools and introduce smarter ways of working.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a trusted link between Finance and Technology, translating business needs into data solutions. You’ll build strong relationships with Commercial Finance, Accounting, Reporting teams, Country Managers, and Data Analytics colleagues to ensure alignment and shared success.
Communication and language skills: Communicate confidently and clearly in both Polish and English, adapting your language and style to suit diverse audiences. You’ll facilitate collaboration across international teams, ensuring shared understanding and smooth delivery across markets.
We also know that experience counts – and we believe that the following can support your success:
2–3 years of experience in MI/BI, finance analytics, or data analytics within a sizable organisation, ideally in financial services or digital lending.
A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Finance, or another quantitative field.
Practical knowledge of data warehousing concepts, financial processes and measures, and working in an agile environment.
Our hiring approach
As part of our skills-first recruitment process, you will be asked to complete a practical work challenge. This gives you a chance to showcase your skills, your way of thinking, and your problem-solving approach – beyond what’s on a CV.
In the next steps, we’ll focus on getting to know you better through conversations around culture fit and soft skills, to ensure we’re a great match for each other.
What can we offer you?
Real opportunities for growth – enjoy access to a variety of internal learning and external development initiatives.
